Pre Shoot Checklist

Exterior

Remove all outside trashcans, hoses, and gardening tools.
Mow the lawn and clean up any debris.
Remove grill and furniture covers
Sweep patios, decks, and pool area.
Remove all vehicles from the driveway.
Take away all flags, hanging decorations, and home security signs.
Remove all holiday decorations, toys, and sports equipment

Interior

Remove all trashcans throughout the house.
Remove all bathroom hygiene products.
Remove all kitchen counter top items.
Put down every toilet seat in the house including the basement.
Turn off and clean all ceiling fans.
Replace all burnt out lightbulbs.
Remove all interior holiday decorations.
Make up all beds.
Open all window curtains.
