List of guidelines set in place to ensure understanding & expectations for photshoot.

We have implemented these guidelines to ensure proper expectations for the client’s photoshoot. By ordering services from Lavorgna Photography, the client agrees to the following service agreement.

Photoshoot Prep:

By confirming your appointment, you agree that the property will be up to our readiness expectations and policy for us to photograph on the date and time chosen. The client must work with the seller/buyer to ensure these standards are met.

Cancellation/Reschedule:

By appointment confirmation, you agree to agree to Lavorgna Photography’s cancellation/reschedule policy. You must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $50 will be billed to you if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Weather Cancellation/Reschedule:

We cannot provide drone services during rain/moisture in the air or windy conditions as it poses a chance of hazard. We will not issue a cancellation fee or such conditions, but the client decides to reschedule. We ask clients to reschedule at least 24 hours before the shoot.

Media Usage:

The client can upload media produced by Lavorgna Photography to MLS sites and social media.

Product Owner Usage:

All work and products produced by Lavorgna Photography shall be the exclusive property of Lavorgna Photography unless waived. Lavorgna Photography reserves the right to use our media for advertising, publication, display, or other purposes.

Pet Policy:

We ask animals such as dogs, cats, and other pets to be crated or removed from the property before we arrive.
